Mixed Media Tags

I got this idea from a Somerset Magazine article.  The artist used soldered wire to make the dress stands, but when I went to Hobby Lobby, I found this Tim Holtz dress form stamp which was just perfect.  Saved me soldering which I'm not good at yet.  I kind of got hooked and kept on making tags all weekend.
